About WebMonsta
WebMonsta is the website component of MonstaManagement. A customised template website is created for each trophy retailer that can be easily managed from within MonstaManagement.
Retailers can choose which products they want displayed on their website, and with just a few clicks of their mouse, those products can be uploaded onto their website with images, sizes, descriptions and accurate prices, set to your own mark up, by using data from the MonstaManagement database. There is no more need for manual updating of your website. You can have thousands of products on your website by tomorrow!
It’s like having an IT person at your fingertips. E-commerce functionality and an integrated engraving function allows customers to place their orders directly through your website, which are then received and, once confirmed, automatically entered into your MonstaManagement system to begin the production process.

Who's behind the Monsta? A bit about the team
Unable to find a solution that performed in a reliable/stable way, we decided to create our own, and MonstaManagement was born.
About MonstaManagement
MonstaManagement is a trophy retailer’s best friend! It is the business management part of the MonstaManagement system that helps retailers to keep on top of their busy workload. It allows retailers to:
- Decide their own business structure such as pricing, wholesaler preference, freight charges, artwork pricing and different processes;
- Take a customer’s order or provide a quote (with supplier’s datafiles and images pre-loaded!);
- Order inventory and manage inventory levels;
- Manage production and personalisation;
- Invoice customers and
- Record payments.
MonstaManagement caters for personalisation and customisation so that retailers can offer their customers EXACTLY what they want with accurate pricing, within efficient time frames. Our software follows an order through the whole process from order placement to order completion.
Not only does it make the process more efficient and productive, but it also builds a comprehensive record of sales to make each following year even easier with a simple duplication method!
